To enable a mission ready force by addressing the “unique” challenges faced by Canadian Armed Forces members and their families that result from military service and to work for the general betterment of life for military families within 4 Wing’s area of responsibility. We assess the needs of the community and respond with a professional and consistent system of support, programs, services, and activities. This community- based system of family support is to be aimed at promoting health and social well-being.
